CEO/Chief Consultant 

Before founding Left Hand Management, Stephanie served as Director of Operations for one of Colorado’s largest providers serving court-ordered clients, where she played a key role in the state’s Medicaid expansion and built strong partnerships with state agencies, insurers, and behavioral health organizations.

She brings deep expertise in operations, program development, and strategic planning, with nearly two decades in treatment settings before launching Left Hand in 2016. Earlier in her career, she worked as a counselor and held state certifications in substance abuse and domestic violence counseling.

Stephanie holds a master’s in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s in social work from Colorado State University. Outside of work, she enjoys great Mexican food, trips to Santa Fe, and time at home with her two cats.

Operations Manager

Eliza keeps operations running smoothly so the team can focus on supporting behavioral health providers. She has over 15 years of healthcare experience, most recently in a behavioral health leadership role overseeing case management, crisis intervention, policy development, and provider audits.

At Left Hand, she manages internal operations including human resources, office logistics, contract development, internal systems, bookkeeping, and invoicing, with a strong focus on efficiency and process improvement.

Eliza holds an associate’s degree in medical assisting and a bachelor’s in healthcare administration. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, live music, traveling with her husband and two kids, and is a Colorado native.

Enrollments Manager

Tyler brings over 12 years of healthcare and insurance experience, beginning with Rocky Mountain Health Plans and continuing through its transition to UnitedHealthcare and Optum. He built a strong foundation in customer service, credentialing, and provider relations before focusing on behavioral health.

At Left Hand, Tyler leads the enrollments team, overseeing credentialing and enrollments across Medicaid and commercial plans. He ensures applications and documentation are accurate while maintaining strong client relationships and proactively catching issues before they impact billing.

When he’s not at work, Tyler enjoys crocheting, baking, cooking, video games, movies, local festivals, and farmer markets. He also spends plenty of time with his dog, Dovah. And in a perfectly on-brand twist for the team, Tyler is, in fact, left-handed.

Billing Manager

Hope is the driving force behind the billing team, keeping everything from electronic portals to payment processes running smoothly. She builds systems, develops guides, and creates job aids that make day-to-day work more efficient for the entire team. Whether she’s supporting others or tackling a complex project herself, she brings persistence and strong problem-solving skills, rarely leaving an issue unresolved for long.Over her four years with Left Hand, Hope has grown from Billing Coordinator to Billing Specialist, then Project Manager, and now Billing Manager. She thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and values being part of a close-knit, supportive team.Outside of work, Hope enjoys alternative and heavy metal concerts, reading at an impressive pace, and spoiling her dogs with sweaters, overalls, and plenty of treats.

Enrollments Specialist

Aimee guides behavioral health providers through each step of the enrollment and credentialing process, keeping practitioner information current and ensuring licensure and documentation are organized so everything moves forward smoothly. She has a strong eye for detail and enjoys helping providers navigate what can feel like a complicated process.

Earlier in her career, Aimee spent six years in hospital credentialing before stepping away to raise her daughters. She recently achieved a long-awaited goal by earning her bachelor’s degree, and values being part of Left Hands family-like team.

When she’s not at Left Hand, Aimee co-leads a young adult group at her church and enjoys time with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Enrollments Specialist

Adam is part of the enrollments team at Left Hand, helping providers navigate the often-complex world of credentialing and payer platforms. From gathering documentation to submitting applications and following up with carriers, he keeps projects moving forward and on track.

Before joining Left Hand, Adam worked at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, where he started in application processing and was later promoted to supervise the team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from MSU Denver and enjoys the variety and problem-solving that comes with each unique enrollment project.

Outside the office, Adam spends time with his family and plays in a recreational hockey league on the weekends. 

Enrollments Specialist

James helps behavioral health providers navigate the insurance enrollment process from start to finish, managing applications, maintaining CAQH profiles, verifying credentials, and keeping documentation organized with a strong focus on accuracy.

Before joining Left Hand, he spent three years with Novitas Solutions and First Coast Service Options reviewing Medicare applications. Now on the other side of the process, what once felt like a second language has become second nature.

James values Left Hand’s collaborative environment, where the team supports one another and no two days feel the same. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, and watching football and soccer.

Billing Coordinator

Daniel helps keep things running behind the scenes at Left Hand. He supports the billing team with pre-billing processes, organization, and a keen eye for detail. Daniel is tech-savvy, organized, and trusted to handle sensitive provider and patient information with care and confidentiality.

Before joining the Left Hand team, Daniel spent time working in both the pharmaceutical and medical fields, giving him a strong understanding of the healthcare world and the importance of accuracy and efficiency. One of the things he enjoys most about his role is that no two days are the same, there’s always something new to tackle or figure out.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys hitting the trails for a hike or planning his next travel adventure. A fun fact about him: he also speaks French and German.

Billing Coordinator

Cody helps to keep Left Hand’s billing department run like clockwork. From setting up ERA and claim status portals to keeping EMR configurations in order, he handles sensitive provider and patient information with precision…and a touch of flair.

Earlier in his career, Cody rolled out COVID and flu vaccines at local schools and served as Population Health Supervisor at Stride, diving into data analytics for preventative healthcare. He now brings that same focus and care to keeping billing processes on track and supporting the team and providers along the way.

When he’s not untangling billing puzzles, Cody runs a Harm Reduction unit at concerts, volunteers in the community, and stays active in the Denver music scene. And if you’re curious about his playlist, Madonna is a daily staple! "Like a Prayer” is his all-time favorite.

Billing Specialist

Sheena keeps the billing side of things organized and humming along. She handles patient and insurance info, kicks off payment processes, and makes sure everything is entered accurately – no detail slips past her. With over 15 years in healthcare across all sorts of roles, she’s methodical, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoys helping providers make sense of their billing. Providers have been raving about her since day one, and honestly, it’s easy to see why.

When she’s not untangling billing mysteries, Sheena loves curling up with a good book. And if you’re lucky enough to be on a call with her, ask about the pet squirrels she keeps an eye on just outside her office (they’re basically her tiny, furry coworkers).

Billing Specialist

Joe keeps the world of behavioral health billing in check, juggling claims, documentation, and insurance follow-ups with ease. He’s especially tuned into the needs of solo providers, making sure their billing runs as smoothly as possible.

With an associate’s degree in medical billing and coding from Herzing University, Joe has spent four years at Left Hand honing his skills and enjoying the collaborative, friendly vibe of the office. He’s the kind of teammate who makes the day run a little easier for everyone around him.

Off the clock, Joe’s life is full of energy and fun. He loves hanging out with his daughter, shooting hoops on the basketball court, and traveling to new places. At home, his two cats, Bette and Fat Cat, make sure life is never boring, and keep Joe on his toes.

Billing Specialist

Nick began his time at Left Hand in enrollments before transitioning to the billing team, bringing a strong understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes that support providers. In his current role, he prepares and submits claims, reviews billing details for accuracy, works with payors to resolve rejected or unpaid claims, and reviews EOBS to identify potential issues early.

Before Left Hand, Nick worked in a government laboratory and later as a Lead Care Coordinator with the VA, focusing on compliance and internal audits across Washington and Oregon. That experience strengthened his attention to detail and ability to navigate complex systems.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active and trying new things – you’ll often find him hiking, climbing, kayaking, going to the gym, or picking up new skills just for fun.
