Before founding Left Hand Management, Stephanie served as Director of Operations for one of Colorado’s largest providers serving court-ordered clients, where she played a key role in the state’s Medicaid expansion and built strong partnerships with state agencies, insurers, and behavioral health organizations.
She brings deep expertise in operations, program development, and strategic planning, with nearly two decades in treatment settings before launching Left Hand in 2016. Earlier in her career, she worked as a counselor and held state certifications in substance abuse and domestic violence counseling.
Stephanie holds a master’s in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s in social work from Colorado State University. Outside of work, she enjoys great Mexican food, trips to Santa Fe, and time at home with her two cats.

At Left Hand, she manages internal operations including human resources, office logistics, contract development, internal systems, bookkeeping, and invoicing, with a strong focus on efficiency and process improvement.

At Left Hand, Tyler leads the enrollments team, overseeing credentialing and enrollments across Medicaid and commercial plans. He ensures applications and documentation are accurate while maintaining strong client relationships and proactively catching issues before they impact billing.
When he’s not at work, Tyler enjoys crocheting, baking, cooking, video games, movies, local festivals, and farmer markets. He also spends plenty of time with his dog, Dovah. And in a perfectly on-brand twist for the team, Tyler is, in fact, left-handed.

Whether she’s supporting others or tackling a complex project herself, she brings persistence and strong problem-solving skills, rarely leaving an issue unresolved for long.Over her four years with Left Hand, Hope has grown from Billing Coordinator to Billing Specialist, then Project Manager, and now Billing Manager. Earlier in her career, Aimee spent six years in hospital credentialing before stepping away to raise her daughters. She recently achieved a long-awaited goal by earning her bachelor’s degree, and values being part of Left Hands family-like team.
When she’s not at Left Hand, Aimee co-leads a young adult group at her church and enjoys time with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Before joining Left Hand, Adam worked at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, where he started in application processing and was later promoted to supervise the team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from MSU Denver and enjoys the variety and problem-solving that comes with each unique enrollment project.
Outside the office, Adam spends time with his family and plays in a recreational hockey league on the weekends.

One of the things he enjoys most about his role is that no two days are the same, there’s always something new to tackle or figure out.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys hitting the trails for a hike or planning his next travel adventure. A fun fact about him: he also speaks French and German.

Earlier in his career, Cody rolled out COVID and flu vaccines at local schools and served as Population Health Supervisor at Stride, diving into data analytics for preventative healthcare. He now brings that same focus and care to keeping billing processes on track and supporting the team and providers along the way.
When he’s not untangling billing puzzles, Cody runs a Harm Reduction unit at concerts, volunteers in the community, and stays active in the Denver music scene. And if you’re curious about his playlist, Madonna is a daily staple! "Like a Prayer” is his all-time favorite.

Off the clock, Joe’s life is full of energy and fun. He loves hanging out with his daughter, shooting hoops on the basketball court, and traveling to new places. At home, his two cats, Bette and Fat Cat, make sure life is never boring, and keep Joe on his toes.

Before Left Hand, Nick worked in a government laboratory and later as a Lead Care Coordinator with the VA, focusing on compliance and internal audits across Washington and Oregon. That experience strengthened his attention to detail and ability to navigate complex systems.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active and trying new things – you’ll often find him hiking, climbing, kayaking, going to the gym, or picking up new skills just for fun.

Prior to Left Hand, Yee spent nearly a decade in the restaurant industry, later worked as a leasing agent, and eventually transitioned into healthcare billing. She earned her Medical Coding Certification through AHIMA in 2021, which launched her career in the field. She’s a quick learner who enjoys navigating complex insurance rules and takes pride in helping providers succeed.
During her off time, Yee enjoys cheering on her favorite football teams, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family. She also values her heritage and brings that sense of culture and tradition to her everyday life.

Before joining Left Hand, Brandon spent about 11 years in retail before transitioning into healthcare billing. He started in DME billing and later moved into inpatient and emergency care accounts receivable. He studied Computer Information Systems and holds several additional certifications, including forklift operator and certified food protection manager.
In his personal time, Brandon enjoys hiking, gaming, spending time with his two dogs, and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche (Go Avs!). His music taste spans nearly every genre except country, and he’s an avid K-Pop fan.

In his personal time, Evan is a Magic: The Gathering strategist, anime fan, die-hard New York Giants and Mets supporter, and an adventurous eater with a strong appreciation for Asian cuisine. He also enjoys listening to classical music on long drives.
